Please print, sign and fax the inspection agreement to 704-788-2667 at least 1 day prior to the inspection. Unless other arrangements have been made, a signed agreement not received prior to the scheduled inspection, will result in a canceled inspection. A signed agreement is required by NC law and is enforced by the NC Home Inspector Licensure Board.
Inspection Contract
Prior to starting a radon test, the property owner is required to sign the non-interference agreement stating that he or she will not interfere with the test as stated in the agreement. Please print, read and sign the agreement prior to the test.
Radon Non-interference Agreement
Please read the Radon Information page prior to signing the Radon Waiver. The waiver needs to be signed only if you are NOT getting a radon test.
